Good luck! I think you are showing a lot of evidence before and after marriage. You shouldn't worry this much! Let the process take its course. Although, compared to other people who have posted their stories and got approved here, I would say you are in a good position.

Good luck again and keep us updated with your progress!!!

I am getting kind of nervous...

I send of my stuff on the 17th with USPS priority mail. It should technically take the package two days from AL to VT based on the times I got from USPS.com... okay, now there was a weekend in between, however, USPS.com still shows:

- Processed through Sort Facility, December 17, 2009, 9:55 pm, MOBILE, AL 36602

- Acceptance, December 17, 2009, 10:25 am, CALVERT, AL 36513

We have now the 22nd... I seriously hope this is only a mistake in the online tracking. I hope they did not loose it!!!!

Panic?!?!?!

Hi Oban,

I sent it from Huntsville, AL priority mail, and it was the same thing for me. Although USPS claim to update several times a day, they actually don't!

A breakdown on how things happen....

Dec 17 you sent it, so it goes out around noon or afternoon on the 17th (not sure if this counts as a bus. day).

Priority mail is 3 business days, so Friday 18, Monday 21, and probably today Tuesday 22nd (three business days so it will be delivered today). I think I had the same time frame a day shifted (sent on a Wednesday and the system updated on Tuesday morning that they delivered on Monday).

I wouldn't worry!
