Im with Apostle K....I always get real sleepy in the afternoon.

i get really sleepy if i have a medium-heavy meal, that's why on weekdays i only have lean cuisine for lunch. the day after thanksgiving i had turkey pie and a slice of apple pie, which is pretty caloric and fattening, i was soo sleepy i'd kill to go home and take a nap.
