Hola.

Hey Nagi. How'd your appointment go?

Amby ~ I always wear those flowy shirts because I have this kangaroo pouch thing that won't go away since I had my first c-section (I think after this baby I will invest in a tummy tuck), so they actually make me look skinnier. No one ever asked me if I was pregnant. They still can't tell I'm pregnant actually. Must be the shape of that ladies body. Sometimes those shirts can actually make you look preggo if you have a bit of a top belly thing goin on already.

A lot of the women on the plastic surgery forum I go on have tummy tuck after twins. They say it just stretches out your muscles/skin so much they never go back to normal. One lady said her stomach muscles were 3.5" apart 2yrs after she had twins. I am a huge fan of plastic surgery and highly recommend a tummy tuck :P

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

OMFG  I love that boy!!!

You would love even more the time when we were in the grocery store and they saw a guy with an eyepatch and a beard and started screaming "mom it's a pirate!!" I tried to rush to another aisle but before I could they asked him where they could find the treasure and if he knew Captain Jack.

What can I say? They liked Pirates of the Caribbean.

Those two are a riot.

I have to have another CT scan Wednesday and the Doc said we have to focus on the Right Kidney before we can do anything to the Left one cos we have to be SURE the right is problem free, but right now there is stones in BOTH. So I have to take oral antibiotics, then follow up with another appointment in a month. He still wants to remove the left kidney, but not until the right one is without problems.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I won't have it done until I'm 100% sure I'm not having any more kids and have lost a decent amount of weight cause I'm not going to waste my money. I'm normally not a big fan of cosmetic surgery (unless it's like reconstructive or something) but I'm really disproportionate now and it's hard to find clothes that fit right. I lost 50 lbs last year and the only thing that wouldn't go is that damn kangaroo pouch.

So I'm considering it.

Nagi ~ well I'm glad that they're taking good care of you :) Take your meds & take your vitamins... and take good care of yourself! When the boy comes back you will have to give me an address so I can mail him an instruction packet so that he can take over spoiling you!

My Ex had to have a tummy tuck after our two kiddos...to no fault of her own...she was just HUGE, and would never have snapped back (what can I say, I'm from TEXAS! )

LOL well I don't have the Texas excuse...

And I'm not huge either, I just can't get rid of the damn kangaroo pouch. Wanna hear something crazy? I gained 40 pounds with the twins and then after I had them a week later I was 40 lbs lighter. I stretched out A LOT and I didn't gain an ounce of fat (well until afterwards, when I was at home all day with them eating cheez doodles and chips a hoy) LOL

I hate those girls that snap right back with no effort it's like #######?

Hey Nagi

I am glad to hear you are following up on the issue and hope the right one remains strong so that the dr. can tend

to the left. I have to laugh a little I feel like I am talking about balls or breasts here....lol

it always irritates me too.

I can't tell you how hard it was and how many years it took to get into shape after my children.

Weight never melted off of me after giving birth. After each and every child I got into better shape so during the later 2 pregnancies I was more toned and didn't look as huge (all around) when pregnant.

I worked out the last 2 pregnancies for most/all of the duration with them so snapping back into shape after was alot easier and faster.

It didn't happen on its own tho.

I have had clients with the kangaroo pouch and they would say no matter what they did it never went away but I can tell you if you do alot of ab exercises, do them right, do the right ones and are consistent you can make progress.

I never had a C section so I think cutting that muscle really can make it hard for them return completely to normal.

Thank God for me my stomach (even with it fluctuating in size over the years) has never been my problem.

I am not saying all, but most, women think their bodies will just naturally go back to pre baby without exercise but I still am a firm believer in exercise and it is harder for some than others depending on their genetics. I was no kate moss ever in my life and had to work at it. Even after working so hard and achieving my goals I had to continue to maintain my physique by working out and be so so disciplined with what I ate or else I could very easily regress.
