the reverend bishop would be proud ;)

This is true...

I haven't seen either of the last Hanks movies, but as a Catholic, I'm not afraid (like a lot of people seem to be...) to watch those flicks. I mean, its Hollywood people :star:

I would like to see it.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Im ready for 2010. anything to get out of that satanic number 9 and into something more G-dly like the number 3.

Laura, that was funny!

In Thailand, 9 is considered one of the blessed numbers...lucky

Wow! Didn't know that, Bishop.

Apostle K, this is the part I like: It implies that nothing is wanting; that the number and order are perfect; that the whole cycle is complete.

Wow I actually slept in today, the kids didn't wake me up. One of them crawled into bed with me and fell asleep and the other one turned on the Nintendo Wii by himself! Wow. I can't believe it's almost 11am though.

That Booty Pop thing is interesting...

I saw this commercial, Luis said he would buy me this tape. I think he wants me to get the stripper pole. Either that or he wants to watch the chicks on the tape work out.

My aunt got me, my wife, and both of our dogs each a snuggie for christmas. My wife and both the dogs love them, but I refuse to wear it on principle.

In addition, somewhere down the line, I got the flu for x-mas as well. I have to work today because the guy I work with is on vacation. I will more than likely be taking tomorrow off sick.

I remember when my kids were 'old enough' to get up and start the day without my immediate assistance...it was a HUGE WIN for me! Next, I remember when they were old enough for me to leave at home alone for 5-10 minutes so I could pop out to the store or something, quickly. That was also HUGE! Of course, when they were both in school full time, that was also HUGE! So, congrats to you SisterSusitala for enjoying a day of sleeping in late without having the boys burn the house down! <hahaha>

HEY! I remember seeing that ad on TV before... Your husband sounds fun...just like you are fun!

Wise Man! Those are hellaghey...I would have to cyberpunch your lights out if you confessed to wearing one!

Feel better brother...flu is the scvk

...so, my pointy haired boss just called me.

PHB: "Mark...did you get that expedited configuration rationale document from Portugal."

Me: "Uh...I haven't checked...I'm on holiday for the rest of the year..."

PHB: "Ya, but I sent it to you on right before you left the office before Christmas. Can you take a look at it?"

Me: "Ok..." <I take a look, it calls for an extensive reconguration of costing attributes for products made at our Portugal plant>

Me: "Its a lot of configuration and testing that needs to be done."

PHB: "Ya, and it needs to be done by the end of day, tommorow, so it can be transported to the Production Client/Host by Wednesday!"

Me: "#######!"

PHB: "Call Portugal and see what they are doing!"

Me: "Sigh...Ok...I call Portugal...they need the reconfiguration of all costing attributes in order to run their 2010 budgeting scenarios, which kickoff on Weds morning."

Me: "I called them boss, I guess I'll have to work late today to get this done for them."

PHB:"Ok, great! I'll be out of the office until the end of the year. If I don't hear from you...then have a great NYE!"

Me: Hang up fone...starts looking for a new job...:protest:

Ugh...so I am 'supposed' to be on holiday for the rest of the year but now I'll have to go through some very complicated configuration and testing between now and tomorrow. Ugh...that will teach me to be 'on-line' when I should be enjoying days off."

Good morning, everyone! Bishop, sorry to hear about work. That suckeths, where I used to work they would pull ####### like that all the time. And then whine when you would NOT count the days as vacation days because you worked the whole time!

Amby, you should have looked her in the eye and suggested she might try showering. Doubtful it would have shut her up, but always worth a try...

Everyone have a good Christmas? What are your NYE plans?

great suggestion valleria! right now I'm hiding in my bedroom because my reliable/responsible cousin the same age as annoyingly is watching them. I will get up if someone screams or cries.

I've been invited to 3 different nye parties. I think how I feel on Thursday will determine where I end up going. If I have no energy and feel like showing up in my pjs I will go to my aunt's house for the breathalyzer party where they get really drunk, use the breathalyzer to see who is the most drunk, and play trivial pursuit.
