is it normal not to get your case touched? I've checked online for two months now, with no touches since the NOA1.

I'm starting to worry.

I worry would not worry too much. I applied for my AOS late July, received NOA early August, did biometrics late August and received a touch a day or two after and never was touched again till I was approved last week. So do not put too much emphasis on touches, it does not mean they are not working on your case.

12/30/05 - married

7/14/06 - sent I-130

7/18/06 - notice of arrival I-130

8/03/09 - received approval I-130

7/28/09 - sent AOS package

7/29/09 - arrived Chicago lockbox

8/05/09 - touched

8/07/09 - received notice of arrival I-485

8/07/09 - received Biometrics appoitment notice for 9/2/09

8/22/09 - did walk-in biometrics (in/out within 30 minutes)

8/25/09 - touched

10/23/09 - received interview appoitment letter for 11/24/09

11/24/09 - Interview - approved received I-551 stamp

11/25/09 - received email from USCIS - card production ordered

11/28/09 - received welcome letter from USCIS (by mail)

11/30/09 - received email from USCIS - card production ordered

12/02/09 - received email from USCIS - I-1485 approval noticed mailed out

12/03/09 - touched

12/05/09 - received 10 year green card in the mail, Thank you Jesus

Don't worry. While I waited for my I-129F to clear USCIS I had no touches. I received an E-mail from USCIS saying my petition was forwarded to NVC and the NOA2 a few days later. No touches no nothing. I know it's rough to wait, hang in there.

hey ppb,

don't worry about touches, if you want to see touches in your case, call them. Touches can give us hope about out cases but in our case, we waited for like 3 months before calling them without any touches, then the same day we called them they showed touch in our case, then we called again after a month and another touch but nothing really happens. So do not worry much about not having touches. I believe there are some cases that are not being touched at all but they were approved.

10-19-09: Hubby's second visit in the Philippines

11-19-09: Case number assigned

11-30-09: AOS bill and DS 3032 from NVC received

12-01-09: DS-3032 returned via email

12-03-09: DS-3032 hardcopy sent via FEDEX

I'm starting to worry.

Haven't had a touch since Sept 28. I assume that is when it was logged and assigned to an adjudicator. Even had to send correct sized passport photos which they received on 16 Nov and still nothing.

18/09/09 - CR1 NOA1

16/07/10 - POE LAX (256 days NOA1 to interview)

27/09/10 - Aussie/American bun in the oven due May 10, 2011

06/01/11 - Submitted change of address online to USCIS. Mailed I-865 for sponsor. Neverending!

05/05/11 - Bouncing baby boy arrives

10/07/12 - Sent I-751

13/07/12 - I-751 NOA1

I wouldn't worry about that. They won't touch it until they start working on it. We had 2 touches before the approval and it was all within a few days if I remember correctly.

08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.

03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed
