Man spits toilet water at cops

NEW BRUNSWICK -- A city man arrested for fighting was taken to police headquarters, where he took a mouthful of water from a toilet and spit at an officer, police said.

Shawn Holland, 27, was arrested about 5 p.m. Sunday after police saw him fighting with several other men in front of a building on the 200 block of Livingston Avenue, Lt. J.T. Miller said.

Holland was taken into custody after officers tried to question him and he tried to leave and struggled with police, Miller said. While he was inside a police cruiser, Holland allegedly tried to kick out a window, and after he was taken to police headquarters, he spit out the water.

Holland was charged with resisting arrest, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

Well, instead of humiliating the police officer he made himself look like a retard. He actually had the water in his mouth, inside his digestive system, probably again. While the police only had their uniform wet.
