Cost of Annullment in PI?

Hello Fellow vj members,

A friend of mine was married before to his ex and now has a white boyfriend. My questions are:

1. anybody here know how much it cost to have an annullment in the Philippines?

2. and how long the process takes?

3. Is there a way to have the process expidited? My friend is from Bukidnon and can you recommend a good lawyer for this?

She could file for annulment in Bukidnon. The annulment would be fast if the husband does not contest the annulment.
