Good day to all!

My Fiance is asking me if he will be sending me the following for the Affidavit of Support as part of the Requirement during interview at the Embassy:

His Federal Tax

or His State Tax?

With his previous Employer Certificate Of Employment or the current and present employer?

He will also be sending me his filled-up I-134 and his mom and his sister's. Should all of it be Notarized?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH THIS. GOODLUCK TO ALL OF US!

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

What may want to do is follow the instructions set forth by USCIS as to what documents are required to produce with the I-134. It is quite straightforward about what you need. I included the link for you below. I hope this is of help to you.

The 'official' I-134 instructions come from USCIS, and consulates aren't bound by USCIS policies. Consulates frequently establish their own requirements. For example, the 'official' I-134 instructions say that a copy of the most recent income tax return is only required if the sponsor is self-employed, but many (most??) consulates insist on it. At least one consulate I know of specifically asks for tax transcripts, but will accept a copy of the tax return in some circumstances.

With the I-134, it's best to follow the instructions given by the consulate.
