Hi Ladies,

It's been a long time since I've post. Just wanted to say hello to all and congrats to all moving a step closer to the end of the visa journey tunnel. Welcome Mangogirl (Mindy).

Hi Ms. Nyseness,

Welcome back. Missed ya.

I work out pretty much everyday, go to step aerobics twice a week and double step aerobics on Sat. I eat lots and lots of fruits, vegetables, and water. No pop, candy, rice, dumplin, etc. Trust me it was hard esp late at night. I get the munchies all the time but now I just drink a glass of water instead of eating late at night.

Hi!

I got a RFE by email and am still waiting for the notice to see what else I have to send in. Anyone have any idea what they could be asking for? Could I e-mail or call and ask? I am leaving Thursday morning for Jamaica for 9 days and I would like it provide whatever they are looking for before I leave to avoid anymore delays.

Is anyone's guy from the St. Anns Bay area? Bert is not home but this is just a chill vacation, me, my books and lots of Red Stripes.

From reading everyone's stories there seems to be a lot of drama from good ole Homeland Security.

WE ARE DONE!!!

Hi ladies

jonesie- how you doinggggggggggg?

Michele- I am happy for you that Tristan has been recuperating just fine. Where is his new place ( what are of Ja)

Kim and Duane welcome home/back.

Dee&dave-NO WORRY MON...........Jah will take care of everyting.

DArlene- You did file using the new I129f right.................b/c if that is the case then this RFE is not pertaining to IMBRA it would be a missing document or signiture or something else. You best believe it, once you start this process Homeland security becomes the pain of your existence.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"If marriage means you fell in love, does divorce mean you climbed out?"

"You never really know a man until you have divorced him."-Zsa Zsa Gabor

"When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife." Deuteronomy 24:1-2

"When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on." - Franklin D. Roosevelt

"When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us." - Helen Keller

"Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today?" - Mary Manin Morrissey

Hi everybody,

Night shift checking in. I am so depressed lately about my job :( I can't stand the thought of working 7 days a week. Sunday is usually the ONLY day me and Tony see each other :crying: and now I have to work. I'm scared of what impact this will have on our marriage. It was bad enough with me working 6 days a week on opposite shifts from each other. Help

Welcome, Mango girl!

Hope Squittos are having a GREAT honeymoon and had a great wedding!

Sorry Rhonda bout your job making your wanna work 24/7, or so it seems. Don't they think you have a life?

Congrats to Mindy and Roy on the greencard, if I didnt already, dont know what I posted and what I didnt post.

Dee, sorry to hear bout the probs at your interview? How can they realistically think he might have applied before when he wasnt even born then? USCIS sure is crazy sometimes. Hope its straightened out soon for you and sorry for the undue stress.

Joanna, I also wouldnt think he could sue. Now maybe if you were married, and called it quits, he might have some rights, like what they told Dee and Dave in their interview. But I also think its just scare tactics, people call off marriages all the time, and doesnt that disrupt everyones lives, no matter where they are in the world? I doubt anyone can sue you for not going further with a relationship that you KNOW will cause you BOTH even more stress and grief later on.

Ok, sorry if I missed anyone, not on much lately, doing the 5 hours family bathing ritual every night takes a HECK of a lot of time....

Well, I just got some bad news. Tony's baby mama just called and told him that his 3 year old son is very sick :( She took him to the hospital and they admitted him overnight. He has some kind of fever - never heard of it before. Tony is so worried and I'm worried too and I feel so bad that he can't be down there with him. We are going to send her some money tomorrow morning to help cover the doctor bills. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
