New Processing Times Dated July 19

I do not know why I even check the processing dates anymore, because even if they are updated, there is never any significant progress. It is like viewing a car accident scene - not good for your state of mind, but you are powerless to turn away.

This is not a healthy excercise. Does anyone have a processing date checking cessation patch that I can put on my arm?

March 15 - NOA#1

I know that happens. Now I went back and it was on July 11. Yet another mystery, inconsistency and subliminal message from USCIS. They are probably flashing other messages like, 'give up on this fruitless exercise and go marry an American, 'outsourcing is good', and 'support big oil and big tobacco.'

It will update, but just for your state of mind, VSC was on April 4 or close to it for 129Fs.

This Be-With-Your-Fiance/Spouse-Sooner-K-Visa process isn't really doing what it was intended to do these days, is it? It's incredibly disheartening to put so much hope in a process that seemed so promising, only to have the harsh realization thrown at you that this really isn't a quicker route afterall.

My 3-4 month hope for being with my husband again has cruelly become my "maybe before Christmas" hope.....

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Gosh, I sure hope not T/L! Here's hoping you will have a happy holiday.

Is it really come to this? A hopeful, happy summer has passed us all by and now we are looking to perhaps, maybe, kinda, sorta get to at least salvage the holidays before 2006 is a total wash. Someone should seriously pay for this anquish.

Why does USCIS even bother to post updates at this point? Are they trying to rub in the fact that there is huge disparity between the centers or that they are slow?

In 8 days, CSC moved up only 3 days in processing? #######? At this pace, it will take 60 more days to process through March.

Correct me if I am wrong, but VSC shows early April, yet I thought I saw May petitions being approved?

Yeah, it's basically pointless at this time until this massive bungle passes, all of us just happened to be the ones caught up in it. So far we have not seen any clear patterns yet when it comes to the "received date" and I'm weary of speculating at this point. Until we see enough ones getting approved to see a pattern, we will not know because at this point the USCIS has lost total credibility. Let's keep sharing info in order to help each other out. I agree with another poster, I'm planning ahead to make another trip to my love in the fall.
