Pet peeves

Actual "pet" peeves..... ohhh, I could have loads because I think there are some people that just shouldn't have pets.

• people who leave dogs home alone for very long periods of time in their apartments and the dogs become chronic yappers.
  
• people who don't clean their kittie's litter box and it stinks so bad you can smell it outside their apartment
  
• people who leave pets in hot cars while they go shopping
  
• people who walk their dogs alongside traffic-heavy streets without having them on a leash
  
• People who dump pets along roadsides when they are "done" with them
  
• people who get pets as status symbols rather than as companions
  
• people who buy their children baby chicks or bunnies for Easter and then don't know what to do with them after the holiday.
  

The list could go on and on....

- people who let their pets (usually dog or cat) run loose and then it gets run over due to their negligence.

- people who buy pets and have very young kids that mishandle the animal which sometimes results in the pet's death (my dad is a dog breeder, he has had several puppies come back in a coma because the kids picked it up and dropped it on its head - all the puppies died btw)

- people who walk their dog and let them do their business in your yard instead of theirs

other ones unrelated to the above:

- drivers who don't use turn signals.

- drivers who insist on driving in the left hand lane and camping there, usually 5-10 mph under the posted limit.

On the topic of drivers...

I hate when cars don't stop for people in a crosswalk. I don't care if you don't stop for the people jaywalking on the streets, that is your choice...but if they are using the crosswalk let them cross.

I also hate when you stop to let someone walk across the street (not in a crosswalk) and they don't wave, smile or otherwise acknowlege your existence or the fact that you were polite enough to stop for them.

I also really hate people that wear flip flops to work and they walk back and forth outside your office door all day just making that darn clicking noise. I just want to beat them over the head with the flip flops some days.

Cars that play the base sooo loud it shakes the road around them. (Yeah, like it's so cool) When the mail man does not bring me my packet # 4 hurry up for crying out loud.

this lady behind my cubicle who talks to her friend or whoever on the phone, SOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOUD that the whole department can hear it. she talks in this voice that is so annoying... i could totally write what she talks about every single day. maybe i should keep a journal...

then again there is this lady in front of me who happens to be mexican and makes fun of mexicans, which i really find disturbing. im not fond of making fun of your own people/race.... or anyone for that matter. that's just uncalled for. she likes this co worker beside my cube so she hangs out there and talks nonsense... today she was ranting how she takes 12 pills a day and how she always feels that her nose is clogged up. seriously guys? do you really want to hear what is up her nose? or what's keeping it all clogged up. then she goes ahead giving a sermon to her crush about smoking. how he should stop smoking its bad for him blahblah blah blah...

i tried headphones, i can still hear em... hahahha

Good peeves peeps.

ANother pet peeve of mine only applies to my best friend. She had a little lasoaopso who would bite people. My firend said itdn't matter because the dog was small and it didn't do harm. I say biting is biting and please train the dog better! I'm partial to big dogs anyhow. But I remember when one of our dogs bit a salesman (for no reason), we had to put her to sleep and rightfully so.

I usually don't use my turn signal... depends on where I'm driving.... on the highways in Charlotte, using a turn signal is an open invitation for everyone a mile behind you to speed up and cut you off so you can't get over

I hate those left hand lane campers as well!

Also, cell phone drivers! women who think the rear view mirror is meant for applying makeup! All those people who can see the invisible stop sign on the highway that I can't see! people who think, whether your in your home or the car beside them with your windows up, that you want to hear their radio! people who don't put their kids in car seats!

that same Loud mouth girl - talks porno to the guy across the other cube. then we have

another person across from her talking about the bible and how she should change her filthy ways.

on top of that another person talking about their ..uhmm itch.

with all the BSing that goes in the office at least one of them - can make me a fresh pot of coffee.
