The proof of having met should not take much paper at all. Copy of boarding passes, passport stamps, and a photo together will sufficient documentation for the I-129F petition.

Proof of a bona fide relationship will require much more. This occurs at the consular/embassy phase.

I would strongly disagree. Primary evidence of meeting in person shouldn't require more than a page or two and a few photographs. Even when providing evidence of a bona fide ongoing relationship, more is not necessarily better. Some people could provide thousands of pages of written communication and phone bills. It's better to show a few examples over time and logs of communication rather than what would be measured in pounds of material nobody is going to actually read.

My package for the I-129 was very big. I think mine was around 200 pages. I had receipts from hotels, a few pictures, Airline boarding passes, Letters from family, copies of chats.... and on and on.

And the adjudicator whose desk your petition landed on was cussing you until it left their desk. This is a really BAD idea, IMO.
