Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

It asks if I have obtained a certificate of citizenship from my parents. I was born in the US, does this mean my birth certificate or is that only applicable if I was someone who naturalized?

For Question 10:

If you were born in the US you would only check the box "Birth in US" - the rest you'd leave blank. (See Example Form).

If you were naturalized (like you suggested) you'd select the appropriate box and enter your naturalization certificate number below.

So I can leave the space below that question blank? I do not need to put my birth certificate number there?

Correct - most (if not all) US birth certificates don't have a certificate number.

My personal preference is to put N/A in the N/A sections of item 10 but these ARE spaces that can be left blank.

You did not get anything from your parents...not applicable. You are a native born citizen.
