The question says:

#3 This Affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:

(You and your co-sponsor will be putting the foreign beneficiary/fiancé's name in this section).

As far as relationship to the sponsor; For YOUR I-134 you probably wrote "Fiancé.' Your Co Sponsor will write what ever his/her relationship to your fiancé is. Without knowing who your co-sponsor is, hard to say what they should put.

Since your co-sponser is your cousin i think it would be " future Inlaw " for that section but im not completely sure on that..

You would have to give us some clue. You didn't. the answer should be...

"_______________ of petitioner" (Mother, sister, brother, friend, fairy godmother, whatevr that person is, fill in the blank)

Question 3 asks about the sponsored immigrant's "relationship to sponsor". For a K1, they would obviously be the fiance/e of the petitioner, but in the case of a co-sponsor's I-134 I would think they'd want the sponsored immigrant's relationship to the co-sponsor, rather than the co-sponsor's relationship to the petitioner. For instance, a co-sponsor might be a friend of the petitioner, but might also be the uncle of the sponsored immigrant. In that case, I'd think the latter would be the correct answer.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)
