Hi!

Is there a forum for October i-130 filers!!!??? Just had our check cashed yesterday, and want to see how everyone's journey is going so far~!

CR/IR-1 Time Line

2009-10-02: Marriage :)

USCIS Journey:

2009-10-21: NOA1 received

2010-02-11: I-130 Approved! NOA2

NVC Journey:

2010-02-17: NVC/case# assigned

2010-03-01: Sent AOS Packet

2010-03-01: AOS Package delivered and signed for by Nat'l Visa Center

2010-03-15: IV Package FINALLY DELIVERED

2010-03-15: Operator confirms AOS Approved!! Awaiting DS-230

2010-03-19: AVR confirms receipt of DS-230

2010-03-25: Log in Failed

2010-03-26: Case complete according to NVC Operator

London Embassy:

2010-03-17: Medical passed!!

2010-05-11: Interview APPROVED YAYYYYAYAYYAYAYY!!!!!

2010-05-13: Visa in hand!! :)

2010-05-20: POE!!! :)

We sent the I-130 on 10/1, but we also sent an I-129F on 10/21, does that still count?

I sent my I-130 on 10-19-2009 via Fed-ex, delivered to the Chicago Lockbox on 10-22-2009, waiting for the NOA1 now!

I sent my I-130 on 10-19-2009 via Fed-ex, delivered to the Chicago Lockbox on 10-22-2009, waiting for the NOA1 now!

Nice! Mine was delivered to Chicago Lock box Oct. 14th. Still haven't received NOA Hard copy - but they did deposit my check. !!

We sent the I-130 on 10/1, but we also sent an I-129F on 10/21, does that still count?

Sure, that counts! :) Think there's a October 1-129 Filers place too for that part of your journey. :) Not sure if you saw it.

Hello all!

Just wanted to join in here.

My NOA1 for my I130 is dated Oct 21.

I am in Jordan right now... we married Oct 6 after we had a bad interview on Sept 1 for our K1 petition. So, we are starting over again! I was not at the first interview, and learned a lesson the hard way... I will be with my husband for the next one!

I feel like we have already received a gift with this, as I expected our petition to go to Vermont (based on where I live), but it went to California. When I talked to my mom on the phone about the NOA1, I made her read it to me about 3 times to make sure it was in Cali! Cali is sooo much faster (according to the info on here)!

Well, CSC has been snoozing lately so I wouldn't get my hopes up. Anyway, congratulations on your recent wedding!

CSC is still about 150 days ahead of VSC, so I will take that.

But after our past experience, I feel sure we will get AP or something to slow us down any way. So if we can pick up some time with USCIS, it sounds good to me!

And thanx for the congrats!

Wow, No check cashed yet but I recieved my NOA1 in the mail today.

Don`t worry I`m pretty sure they will cash it eventually. . . . Receiving your NOA1 is a good sign because you can check your status online with your receipt number

Hi, everyone! I got my NOA1 for the I130 on Oct 7th, and for the I129f on Oct 26th. At the CSC. Let's see how fast this goes...hopefully no RFE's come out!
