USCIS website 500 Internal Error

Me... and it's been a while since it's not working. Can't access the portfolio at all, nor add my new cases to the account.

Error 500 usually means someone made a coding or configuration error. They'll probably fix it pretty soon; email their webmaster if you feel like it.

I stand corrected. I actually fixed the problem by myself, changing the site's language to Spanish. Now it properly works with both languages; I just signed out after I successfully added my two new cases to the old portfolio. Hope it helps anyone experiencing the same problem.

You're most welcome. This discovery is actually something I was longing since the opening of the new USCIS page; I don't even remember how the language switch eventually occurred to me, but it worked out fine (and that's the most important part for sure ).

I got the same error too.

I get that a lot at work (people changing the language) but here I'm in Thailand and that must be the reason

for the error. It may not be good for me to change the language to English as the PC here is not mine.

Just have to wait I guess.
