Do they have footage or even a picture of the kid actually in the balloon?

EDIT:

Looks like the story just updated and someone saw him get into it and the door was unlocked to the balloon.

Not a good thing :(

OK - I think the balloon thingie was supposed to hold some electronics payload for storm chasing.

Actually, I think it's 'the payload' designed to attach to the BIG balloon.

I also think is electronics array for storm chasing.
