How Long Did it Take for NVC Log-In Fail?

Just wondering if anybody's willing to share how long it took for log-in failure or case complete after NVC received documents?

Maybe we can get an average timeframe, assuming no request for additional information.

Married 2008

5/21/09 - filed I-130

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Seems about 8-14 days is the average... most being about 10 days... Good luck on ur failure

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

Mine took 1 week after they received and acknowledged documents

12/07/2009 - POE LAX

12/16/2009 - Received GC in mail

Removal Of Conditions 09-09-2011

09-09-2011 : Mailed ROC packet

09-12-2011 : Packet Arrived CSC (delayed from labor day long weekend)

09-14-2011 : Check Cashed

09-14-2011 : NOA1 dated 09-12-2011

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

09-17-2012 : Biometrics letter received for 09-27

02-25-2013 : Interview Passed - Original interview was 01-07-2013 but was out of country so postponed

Mine took almost two weeks from the day it got delivered until it got completed by NVC.

03-16-2009 Mailed I-130, Priority Mail

03-17-2009 Item was delivered CHICAGO, IL 60680

03-23-2009 I-797C, NOA1 by California Service Center.

08-10-2009 NOA2 Approval by EMail. Hard Copy received in the mail on August 14.

NVC

08-18-2009 NVC case number assigned

08-25-2009 Email received: DS-3032 & AOS bill. DS-3032 Emailed and AOS paid

08-26-2009 DS-3032 hard copy Sent via DHL from Bolivia. Delivered on 08-28-09

08-28-2009 AOS bill status PAID. Overnight AOS Package

09-17-2009 DS-230 Overnight

09-21-2009 DS-230 Delivered

09-24-2009 DS-230 In NVC System

10-01-2009 NVC Case Completed!

average is about 2 week. but you never know. we received rfe... not for documents though... :angry: they lost my passport size photos and requested another one... so that slowed the process down with another 3 weeks :angry::angry::angry: good luck and hopefully no rfe's :thumbs:
