Just received Interview notice for the 6th of January!!! :star:

I also got an email that my card production ordered!! yeah~~

Feb 6 10: Got my Greencard!

OCT 11 : Filed I-751

NOV 11 : Received I-797 Notice of Action.(It says I-751 receipt notice...1 year extended)

NOV 11 : CHECK_$590 cashed.

DEC 11 : Done Bio.

JAN 12 : Resident card date is expired.

Great news on the interview front..... things seem to be moving along!

I received an e-mail today that my card production was ordered for EAD. I'm a little confused though because I didn't get an approval notice. I thought they would need to approve an application before ordering a document?

Also, my drivers license expires tomorrow and I thought I would have to wait for a green card before I could renew it. If I could use my EAD that would be fabulous. I haven't done an research as the DMV in NH are incredibly unhelpful and inefficient for non-US citizens. Any info is gratefully received.

06/15/07: Met at summer camp

06/02/08: Came back to camp, started dating

01/12/09: Returned to US for internship

05/02/09: Married in NH

10/12/09: I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox

10/14/09: AOS Package received in Chicago

10/21/09: Checks for I-130 and I-485 cashed

10/23/09: Received rejection notice for I-765 (Used outdated version of form, duh)

10/24/09: Received NOAs for I-130 and I-485

10/26/09: Resent updated I-765

10/28/09: RFE for I-485

11/02/09: Received RFE letter for I-864

11/05/09: Sent RFE back and received Biometrics appointment for 11/19 (I-485)

11/09/09: Received NOA for I-765 (finally!)

11/11/09: RFE received, case resumed

11/19/09: Biometrics done for I-485 (and I-765 without appointment letter!) - both touched PM

12/03/09: EAD card production ordered

12/07/09: EAD received

12/10/09: Received an e-mail saying I-765 was approved.... a little late!

12/11/09: Received interview appointment letter: January 11th, 8:40am

01/11/10: APPROVED at interview!

01/19/10: Green card received (It's not green.)

We have an identical timeline for the bio completion and touches afterward. I am curious to see how our cases advance. In the meantime, good luck with the process :)

Great news on the interview front..... things seem to be moving along!

Congrats hudons on your EAD approval. That's the way the emails work. For you get the card production email, then the approval email. You should get your EAD card within a week or so.

Our EMV accepted the EAD for the DL. So maybe the same in NH? GL.

Mar., 2001 - Met B through mutual friends.

Oct., 2007 - Proposed to B and she accepted.

Nov., 2008 - B & I get married.

Sept. 25, 2009 - Filed I-130 & I-485 with I-765 & I-131. (Sent Individually - Doh!)

Sept. 27 & 28, 2009 - Delivery of I-130 & AOS packages confirmed.

Oct. 8, 2009 - AOS package rejected due to missing I-130.

Oct. 10, 2009 - I-130 NOA received.

Oct. 13, 2009 - I-485, I-765, & I-131 re-sent with I-130 NOA.

Nov. 18, 2009 - Biometrics appointment (Dec. 1, 2009) notice received.

Nov. 20, 2009 - Walk-in biometrics completed.

Nov. 30, 2009 - Notice received; I-130 transferred to MO CSC.

Thanks Ranchomesa!! Hope your hubby will get EAD soon. I guess AP isn't a proof enough for them?? DMV is so inconsistent by every office and every worker...

I feel left out :crying: lol. I'm trying to just be patient...I think ours is late b/c our bio appt was so late. It's only been a little over a week since the bio so I need to calm down :whistle:

Just to update the group....USPS just dropped off that ever-so-familiar white envelope...and in it....my EAD Card. Next stop will be my Christmas interview...hopefully all goes well. ^_^
