Our EaD card arrived today. :) :)

Yay congrats! :thumbs:

Our EAD arrived in mail today too!!! we are so happy but is so rare see an employment card for my 10 and 3 years old kids, but USCIS is USCIS :blink:

:D Did you fill EAD forms for your kids too?? Maybe that was why they sent the EAD cards?

yes is mandatory fill EAD forms for childs under 14 years old, becouse is the only way to take his social security card or wait to the GC but they need have ASAP his own number security ,so is rare the how USCIS works, but anyway we dont think send the kids to work (for now :whistle: ).

Cmon EAD aporovals!!!! Congrats to recent approvals!!

Aaaah so many new job postings in my field! That have closing dates of week before x mas!!

I don't want to fill out any job apps until I can check the box that says legal to work, it would end up in the shredder :( and don't want to explain myself in a cover letter that I'm still waiting for authorization... It too would end up in the shredder along with my resume :( LOL!

Minnew, go ahead and tell them you are legal to work, because by the time you get the interview - you will well have EAD card and hopefully, GC too! If by chance you didn't, you are not lying, it is just that the process is longer, but you are authorized to work. I did take the chance, because with this holiday season, interviews take a good amount of time. I said I had an EAD/ GC depending on the questionaire, however, my EAD came thro' even before my first interview call!! Good luck! :)

No updates sinces November 6th.. :clock:

My mom is coming to visit on the 26th for 2 weeks which will be nice, maybe I can forget about looking at my non-moving case status for that time.

Still no Touch since 11/16/2009..

I wonder when will I get my approvals for my EAD...

Hopefully soon... but we got NOA before you and not only do we NOT have an EAD but the cases aren't even accessible online! AAAAHHHHH!

Hi everyone, didn't realise there was a subforum about this and a thread for October filers! We filed ours in October. We just received a letter saying our case has been transferred to CSC.

Hi Kelvan, welcome to the group! I've added you to our October filers spreadsheet (link to spreadsheet below). Just need to know a few more things:

- Did you file the I-693 with your AOS package?

- What is the receipt date for your NOA package?

We just moved to our new house. Good thing our neighbor has a net connection. LOL! Thanks no need for a password, I was able to connect =) Woot woot..

Good news.. My AP was approved! I also received an email stating that they updated my applications (I-130, I-485, I-765).. God is good.. I'm looking forward for my biometrics appointment on December 3.
