Good News !!!!

Just got an e-mail from USCIS few minutes ago letting me know my I-765 was approved !!!!

Current Status:Card production ordered. On November 16, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283. *Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov under Check My Case Status and Check Processing Times.*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message. On the other hand, no updates for my I-131 since 10/15/09 ... Should I be worried ?????

Got another e-mail from USCIS : AP Approved !!!!

I called the INS for a service request for my Biometrics Appointment.. And told me to wait for a month! Geeeez.. That sounds crazy!

Hi Km24, You will receive your Bio letter before 11/26...These people are working hard and they wont forget about you.. I always pray to God about it...You can try the same thing...

Hey all! They touched my I485 today! yay! Biometrics appoint tomorrow, at least I feel some movement and that's good. Makes the wait a little easier.

Just in last night ! Anya's EAD is on the way ! We are soooooooooooooooo Happy and Relieved !

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On November 16, 2009, we ordered production of your new card

We did not file for AP because Uzbekistan VISA / Customs Control is very dificult and we fear they would not accept AP USA Documents " only " USA VISAs (from what we heard).

FYI : We had Bio on 03 Nov " only " one touch on on the EAD and AOS on 04 Nov then the e-mail came last night (16 Nov) on the EAD. Changed on the USCIS Site 17 Nov but NO Touches on the AOS ...

Back to waiting for the Mail (for the EAD) and AOS updating .....

I need some help. My biometrics appointment is Thursday who had theirs in Phoenix? I try googling the address and nothing. Any help will be appreciated

hi there... i just had my biometrics done today... we traveled more than 3hrs for the place we used www.mapquest.com and i think it's good cos we didn't get lost. look for the DIRECTIONS tab and just put in your complete address and place of biometrics.Hope it'll help you.
