ugh.... all I want is that EAD approval!! I saw a lot of September filers get their approval the day after biometrics (or at least a couple days after). Got a touch for the bio appointment but nothing after that! :angry:

Don't even need the card. Just an e-mail update so I can print it out. :clock:

I'm being impatient, I know...

I know.... I go to the mailbox every evening hoping there is something, but then they haven't touched my EAD file since 10/27 :blink: come on people, get on it and send us our approvals!!!!!

Good news!!!! Today I received an email stating my i765 was returned(as expected) but I called and did a change of address the good news is the post office was able to track a letter from immigration and guess what letter it was?!!!

My biometrics!!!! I'm so relieved and excited! My appointment is nov. 19!!!

Funny fact! When I got it I told my husband I need to let my family know! He expected me to grab the phone and call somebody but I got on the computer and types www.visajourney.com and my husband laughed! Thanks all for the support!

There is a MSC number printed on the back of the check but the USCIS system says that it cannot find the case :blink:

I still have not got my NOA. Is this normal ?

hi Desi4ever, i haven got my NOA also, but i already have my bio sched, so i guess this is ok, hehehe.

A few people in our group didn't receive their physical NOA but have progressed. Your AOS and EAD case numbers should be printed on your bio appt letter.

There is no bio for AP. Those bio will be only for EAD and AOS. So don't worry about it ^_^

I don't think there is anything to worry about. Since you have your bio appt, you know they received your package and it's being processed. The AP case number does not show on the bio appt letter since biometrics are not required for AP to be issued. If/when you can check the status of your cases online, you might find your AP case number as one number higher (or lower) than your EAD case number.

Eek, I'm sicking of checking the mail everyday! I just want to get my hubby's bio letter already!

It's nice to read about EAD approvals and other bio letters received, at least USCIS is slowly moving along through the cases! :blush:

just finished checking my case status online, my AOS was being transferred to

CSC yesterday but my EAD didn't change at all but it's fine with me.. :)
