I'm Curious am I the only late June/ early July filer still waiting for NOA2????

hi, im still waiting for our noa..im worried ill received an RFE insteAD of noa2..since we missed letter of intent to marry in our package....very sad...

Hi everyone,

we received our NOA1 at the start of June and got a touch on 21st September, but since then nothing, so my husband and I are getting really frustrated by this whole process.

At least it is only a couple of weeks until we can chase up USCIS and tell them they have exceeded their time frames but it's just a really stressful time!

Have NOA-2 also. Called and got case number and sent in DS3032 by e-mail but have not gotten a response back yet.

I'm frustrated as well, no touches still since June 14. We are using a lawyer and I called her today. She says has connections at a Senator's office and they will be making contact with the CSC today or tomorrow to see what the delay is. Hopefully we hear good news soon! My thoughts are with those in suspense like us!
