my wife is at the embassy in manila now for her interview. we hope to have approval within a few hours!

so are you just trying to slap us all in the face here right now??????

Drama, drama, drama. Just think a year ago you would've been waiting 160 days instead of 90. Slap yourself in the face and wake up. Some guy makes a mistake and people jump all over him because they're frustrated? If you're this frustrated after 90 days there might be other issues.... Don't call the bad karma gods down on the rest of us.

Honestly I don't think it's fair for you all to get so frustrated with those having interviews. We're all supposed to be here for support and for cheering on, not to get angry. We've still got a member without an NOA2 in our thread and is she angry? Heck no. She cheers everyone on equally. We cheer her on and wish her well every day. We're all a family.

Flame me if you want, but this is honestly not right for you alienate a member just because they are farther along than you.

Well YOU would say that since you are now on your way to having an interview of your own. We are entitled to vent. That person wasn't someone participating on the thread...it was a random person stating information that in NO WAY pertains to the September CSC filers. If I want to tell him I don't want to hear about his bloody interview I can say that. I didn't tell him to get f'd I just told him we don't care.....which the majority of us DON'T! If it were someone who was actively participating in this thread we would totally cheer them on as you can see by the CONGRAT posts after the few of us who HAVE gotten our NOA2.

Sooo HONESTLY if some random person came into your thread and posted a MY WIFE IS HAVING AN INTERVIEW RIGHT NOW post while a good chunk of the people who generally participate on YOUR thread were becoming a little desperate and down in the dumps you would get a little aggitated too...if you say you wouldn't you are lying.

I'm done now...thanks for your cooperation!

This place can be better than most of the soap operas/reality shows on TV these days. Let by gones be by gones. Possible error in posting on the wrong thread, upset feelings, however everyone is still waiting for something, right? We are all here for the same thing, to get our fiance(e)/spouse to the USA to live the rest of our lives together.

Hugs to everyone!! B)

I second that! I wish we had a hugs icon. Lets keep the positive vibes flowing. Probably an error in posting, and really we are all entitled to vent and respond in which ever way we feel (within reason of course), but its all behind us now. lets hope for some good news today....at least some touches

No offense to anyone, but this was completely blown out of proportion.

The guy with the K3 posted his message in the wrong place, very much at the wrong time. IMO, he was so lost, he will never even find the thread again to read the reply. ... and I dont think there was jealousy involved just annoyance. Anyway, he is too happy to care. His wife probably got her visa.

But Im amazed that it's people from different threads, who are in different spots than us, who are giving us lectures and judging pretty quickly the situation, although they dont even know how it went down.

I think this thread is a place for us to vent, and support and congratulate each other. And we have been supporting & congratulating each other with sincerity, I believe.

As per the venting, who else in our lives understands our situation better than the people on this forum? I know that when I write a line saying "This is BS, no approvals, Im frustrated", and someone replies saying "Yes, seriously". I feel better. That is all it takes.

If we cant vent once in a while here, I will start my own b!tching thread and people who want to join me can! ;)

.... Now, group hug.

Everyone, please try to be calm. The last thing we need is for this to escalate and someone report the thread and have a Mod come in take away our "good thing" we have going. It's Friday, those Ba@#%rds at CSC need to get off their hands and get something done. Does anyone have any good news???

One more thing Id like to add is that everybody's situation is different here.

In some cases, the beneficiary wont be able to move until next April anyway for work or academic reasons for example, so there is no big rush to get approved. In other cases, you'll find people who have kids or are pregnant, for example once again, and feel a real urgency to be reunited with their better half. There are many factors at play.

So dont be too quick to judge other people's impatience.

Your mileage will vary, and some people are in rougher situations than others at the moment.
