I got mine NVC number.

Now, we have to call and speak to a operator and gave them email addresses and then, my beneficiary can send them DS-3042 (email - DS-3042).

Agree, the last touch is probably an action that took place when your NOA2 was mailed out. My status had a touch again today btw, so I think sachinky is right, thats the time USCIS sends a hardcopy.

I am here waiting too...last touch was Sept 30! Was hoping by the time I got back from India there would be some activity...no dice! Sounds like they are hitting the September filers hard right now though so my fingers are crossed!

Hi everybody

I am not sure which month I belong..hehehe..as my husband filled my petition back in September but he was resident..on November he became citizen so they upgraded my petition On November 25th... so I am not sure if they will treat my petition from September or from November..I got 2 touches January 14th and January 15th..but nothing change...my husband called the NVC and they told him that he should be receiving news between Feb 5th and 8th.. I don't trust them as they are not pretty accurate with dates but we will see..

I am reading all your post which is really helpful .. I wish all of you good luck and hopefully we end this journey and be happily together with our partners
