Lol, lol, lol. I thought it was just me who gets up in the middle of the night and check the status. The funniest part is, I never thought about the fact that they're closed weekends and after hours...

Ok guys.. USCIS had a nice day off for Columbus Day.... Shout out to Chris for discovering America, thanks for the reminder STEABBA! Now I say the USCIS employees should have a nice cup of coffee, spend a moment to reflect on their extended weekend and then get back to banging out some K1 visas!

Hi guys! We filed in september and im as anxious as everyone to see a NOA2 coming... Looks like my man is more relaxed than me... Im pretty stressed and im doing my best to remain sane Would be such a nice Christmas gift to have NOA2 by then....... Good luck everyone!

Ok, I'm not sure if a any1 is aware of ALL the additional information that the consulate is asking for us to take to the interview. Some1 who was already interviewed was nice enough to give me a heads up. So here goes: we need forms such as ds-230 (part 1), ds-156, ds-156k and I-134; we also need a police record, medical and a no-imped, which is a search to see if either parties were ever married. We also need tons of passport pics, around 12 and original copies of birth certificates, oh the most vital, a valid passport. If I, or anyone finds additional information on what is needed after our NOA2, plz post. In the mean time, you guys should start saving and doing research on how to get these information that they need before we get the actual visa so we can be prepared to pass the interview as opposed to being rescheduled due to insufficient documents. And lastly, if you can make it to your interview with your fiance, GO! They love to see both parties together. Good luck to everyone and lets all hope and pray for a smooth and speedy approval.

Also, it listed that the waiting period between receiving the noa2 and packet 3 being sent to my fiance is 2 months, absolutely not true.
