September 2009 K-1 Visa Filers

I see that you guys tried to get a B2 Visa twice. We tried the same thing in Poland so I could have her visit me twice they said no. I told her the third time is a charm haha. We are going to get the K1 visa just that we have to wait.

May 13th was the last time we were together... wish it had been July!

I have been checking the August fillers and soooooo many of them are getting NOA2 from the VSC, and CSC does not seem too far behind!!! I hope one of us gets it soon. I am dreaming of the moment one of you writes here that they got their NOA2!!!

Did anyone else notice the Igor's list has a VSC September filer approved on October 7th? It was 29 days from filing to NOA2. CONGRATS AJ and J !

I'm wondering if this was an expedited case or just want through normal procedures. If you are out there we want to hear from you!!

I wish there was a way to go back and see the previous 15 on Igors list. If I'm not mistaking I think they were the ones that got expedited due to military.

I also wish there was a way to clean up Igors list for all the users who never bothered updating thier timelines.

There was a couple from CSC who had Military expedition, and noted it in their time line. This couple doesn't list anything.. so not sure.

I think they may have been expedited too... but I hope not!!! Cause that would mean that they started Sept!!!

I hope a fast process is becoming the norm for USCIS that would be awesome for us all. They can catch up with thier backlog and process everyone in a month.

I hate Holidays!! But only because I have to work and the USCIS doesn't!

And I discovered my "touches" were nothing but a change of address request.. I submitted a change of address on 10/02 (touch).. they wrote a letter to acknowledge 10/06 (touch), and the letter was postmarked 10/07 (touch).. ... hopefully my file is safe back in it's box (but hopefully for only a short time)

Each day I see the anticipation, excitement, and the frustration in my sons face it is sooo heartbreaking. I can't begin to imagine what it feels like to be so in love and be so far from being able to reach out and touch the one you love at any given moment of the day. Not to be able to share all the wonderful daily things together from the start. It just seems so unfair. Then I look on this site and there are so many out there going through the same agonizing pain. I hope the centers are speeding up and everyone gets to be with thier love quickly. Good Luck to each and everyone of you.

That is so nice of you to say. Yes, it's so hard being away from the one you love. We check the USCIS website everyday hoping someone will have touched our petetition and knowing that many of us may spend the holidays alone. Your son and his fiancee are very lucky to have you!

Thank you for your kind response. It is actually me that is lucky to have them. I just can't wait to see them together again. I can't wait until all of the filers get thier wish and are reunited.

I see how we're all getting excited to recieve our NOA1 when it's only notice that they've received our petition. BUT, the good part is... as a september filers, we should recieve our NOA2 by christmas. So that'll be happy news for us for the holidays.
