yea! and mine would be 14 days on Monday, so maybe we will get ours then

Hey everyone... I just got my NVC case # from an operator @ NVC... I tried giving my email addresses to them for the DS 3032, but they asked me to call back next week to do that as the case is under review. I think they just got the files from NVC and it may be just a matter of time as they're putting all the info into their system... Anyone else here have the same experience? :help:

Thanks!!

That's great news! Ok, not that they wouldn't let you give your email, but that you got your case number. My NOA2 is a day after yours so hopefully I'll get my case number tomorrow??:thumbs:

Congrats on the start of your NVC jouney!

Give Generously, Live Fully, Laugh Often, Love Completely...AND PRAY ALWAYS!!!

He is home!!!

Hi everyone, just want to report that our case is at the NVC now. I filed the K1 petition back in late May and USCIS approved it and mailed the notice Sept 11. Now its sitting at the Dept of State, (NVC).

Anyway, something strange is going on there. yesterday I called to confirm that they recieved our case and got the MNL#. the lady said our case was in AP and did not have a time table. The next day I call them again because I forgot to ask when they recieved our case. This time the lady (not the same person), said my name did not match the name for the petitioner! I give her the case number again, and she varified its correct, i spelled out my name letter by letter, and told her I have my reciept notice from the USCIS in front of me showing my name as the petitoner. She then put me on hold and come back a few minutes saying I have to call name in 15 business days to get an update. She will put a note on the case and have a supervisor look at it.

So any ideas why and how this happened?
