Congrats!! Let's hope there's a bunch more to follow!!

Just got Ben's EAD card in the mail today, one more item to check off!

Congrats Jim&Christy. A bottle of wine well deserved!:dance::dance:

Thats AWESOME!!!! You can't leave us here though...you still have to update the spreadsheet! LOL.

Thanks to all of you for the congrats, very much appreciated by us. We hope we've started the ball rolling on AOS approvals for us September filers. We got approved a week shy of two months, quick and a very nice surprise, maybe we got lucky I don't know. I'll continue updating the spreadsheet until everyone has had AOS approval, hey I can't help it, its almost become a hobby, lol! :)

We're back from our honeymoon. Had such an amazing time!!!!!!!

I see there's been a lot of great news while I've been gone! Congrats on the APs and EADs and the AOS approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doing my biometrics on Sat. We have a touch on the EAD and AP on 10/20 and AOS on 10/12 so hopefully we'll also receive some good news after the biometrics :)

Welcome back Freyja :)

Just checked today's mail and got letter from USCIS with my AP approval! How strange. No email or internet update! So it was very unexpected. AP was approved on 10/16 and received 10/22.

Congrats! Since you are doing your Biometrics on Saturday don't be too surprised you get your EAD approval on the same day, if not most likely Monday.

Went for Biometric appointment today in Michigan City, IN. Went in a couple hours early and the place was empty except for security guard and 3 employees. No customers at all !

Now my question. Since I live in Chicago and my papers were there I was surprised when I received a transfer notice that they were sent to Laguna Niguel, CA. I assumed that now there will be no interview. What is my new timeline for a green card without the interview ?

Welcome back Chicagoguy2, not seen you around these parts for a while! Since your case was transferred to the CSC that means an interview will not be required. What date were you transferred on so I can add it to the spreadsheet?

Number of days till your approval? Well based on my time line and since you have a similar NOA date to mine, any day now, maybe even tomorrow, however it could be longer. I can't see any pattern as of yet in transferred cases that get approved in terms of time.

The notice date for the transfer was Sept. 29. The employees at the Michigan City office don't seem top have a clue as to timelines.
