hi guys, we are now in the proccess of the AOS, but we need help, i came to USA whit my 2 babys, so my husband have to do one affidavit for each of us or just one for me? if he had to do one for each, what suppose to write in the part 2 INFORMATION ON THE PRINCIPAL IMMIGRANT, i m the principal not them right? and we dont need the I-130 form? just the I-145 ??? and the others forms, and another question , the advance parole is charged in the $1010, and in the $600 for my kids? so please, i need a lot of help here!!!

on the I-864, we completed 1 for both myself and my son jointly, it allows you to list additionals...

the $1010 is for the I-485 (AOS) and you file the AP and EAD all together at no extra cost. Each child is $600, and you also file AP and if you choose EAD for the children, as this will help you get SSN's for them.

ok, so my husband just have fill one, for me and childrens, and the money order is one for each case or just one for the entire amount? 1010 for me and 600 for each my boys? or $2210?

and one more, we dont need fill the form I-130 right?

What exactly do you need AP for? I mean does AOS take a really long time? Should you just apply for it anyway seeing the cost is included?

i dont really need the AP , but just in case i want it, i dont know how time take the complety AOS , thats why if the AP is charged in $1010 i dont wanna lose the chance of get it.
