actually if kenya is anything like syria they wouldnt have that nice little raised stamp in the corner of the paper but stamps that look like cancelled out postage stamps to certify something.

BTW, you can pay the ministries in Kenya to produce any certificate you want. In fact, you can have them make you a fake birth cert for yourself.

Same in Colombia, Venezuela, and Italy and sure a lot more countries can be added to that list, including the good ole USA, a human is in charge of these record keeping places and what the heck, what difference does it make, a couple of bucks is a couple of bucks. Easy to counterfeit a birth certificate or an SS card, but today, to get that name in the system, you have to be a hacker as well.
