We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I dont know what does it mean by this. My case had been previoiusly transfered to CSC. And now they're telling me this. Does anybody know why or what?

We recieved the same thing, it means the local office your case was at was being overwhelmed and they move it to another office to be completed.

In most cases this means that you will not have an interview for your Green Card only the BIOMETRICS interview to that you picture and you finger prints.

It does not make it fast or slower to get a GREEN CARD .. it has the possiblity of work either way and is NOT a SURE thing FASTER or SLOWER.

Like I told the wife it makes no difference you are here .. we dont need you to work and as long as we have OUR AOS letters of ongoing process LIFE IS GOOD.

Sit back enjoy your life this is all going to take a while.

I disagree with the last poster.

If you were transferred to CSC, and now they're transferring it back to NBC, it means that they could not approve you at CSC, and your case will be transferred to you local office for INTERVIEW.

Good luck.
