Its not long after sun-up and you're already a jerk, imagine that!

I will take that has a yes. I bet if you laughed your face would crack.

You'd take whatever I said as a yes.

You're a bad comedian Marc, sharpen up your material and you might get a few laughs

Coming from you i'll take that as a compliment.

Does anyone know who actually paid for the prof and officers trip to the W'House?

Did the two guys from Cambridge pay their way?

Or was this entire beer at taxpayer expense?

the beer was donated and used for window wash in illinois..except bosco and my lab and doberman drink it..

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Crowley is turning into joe the plumber..never met a microphone he did not like..attention #######...

 yah blame Crowley & not the president, who is the one that turned a non issue into a national news story.

Obama having the press out of ear shot but not camera was a joke. He wanted to be seen as the president that is closing the racial gap and trying to recover from his stupid statement he made IMO.

I think the administration has made clear that outside of official press conferences and interviews the press aren't allowed to have access to the President, and not in informal settings.

Its the opposite of what happened under Bush - where W let himself be interviewed about the war on terror while he was doing the rounds at a golf course. It might have made him look more accessible to the general public but "watch my drive" looked incredibly crass to an outside observer.

Its image management.

So in your opinion the presidents intentions were all noble, he didnt want to be seen as the president that was closing the racial gap or whatever?

 You should really stop trying to project your opinion over my comments. Here, as yesterday, it has nothing remotely whatsoever to do with anything I wrote.

Obama did this for a photo-op, and for the same reason that he commented on the Gates story in the first place - because he most likely had some advisors who warned him that if he didn't step in he'd damage support among his core constituents (much the same reason that Bush pandered to Christian Conservatives at any opportunity).

Its entirely politically motivated - I have no illusions about that. Neither should you.

Here’s how the dialogue went:

Obama: “Boys, what to you think about the White House beer?”

Crowley: “Tastes great!”

Gates: “Less filling!”

Crowley (yelling): “Tastes great!”

Gates (shouting): “Less filling!”

Biden: “Gentlemen, we’ll agree on one thing. Israel should bomb Iran.”

Obama: “I need another beer!”:lol:
