In an effort to help those trapped in countries for which no relief can be found, Obama has opened up a pathway for these Victims of rape and violence.

A Mexican lady who has apparently suffered at the hands of her common-law husband looks to be the first such person granted asylum.

Q: -Where is the "list" so we may know which countries have rape as part of their culture.

-Do you agree with the Obama Administration that Rape is part of the Mexican Culture?
