Just received in the mail, NOA2

2/27/09= Receipt Date

7/15/09 = NOA2 date.

Just on time--about 6 months--from Vermont.

Also, I got approved without an RFE, so ask me if you are worried about RFE's and I'll tell you what i included and what i had forgot to include in my petition.

01/21/10 - AOS Approved

01/19/10 - EAD Card Received

01/16/10 - AP received

11/18/09 - AOS - NOA1

10/30/09 - Civil Marriage

10/24/09 - Entry/I-94 start

09/04/09 - K1 issued

07/15/09 - K1 - NOA2

02/27/09 - K1 - NOA1

02/24/09 - Filed I-129F

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

That's actually under 5 months. 8/27 would be 6 months.
