yeah, i saw that too. were really getting clooooose! BUT! im just wondering, i moved 12 spot from igor's list, but my timeline move backward =(

Funny thing is - i rarely check my own timeline - I just obsess over the website to see if our file got touched and igor's list. But I just got home and since you mentioned timelines i looked at mine and noticed that my dates have been updated too. Now it says october 17-october 30. If i remember correctly, mine before said 17-25th i think.

Is this a bad thing??

I am hoping we get a NOA2 by 10/5. I am really hoping he comes for New Years.. but who knows if he actually will even if he has the visa in hand by 12/5. Everything is so hard to plan and I understand how crazy it will be for him to give notice to the landlord, give notice to work, and to sell everything he can't bring. I'm guessing it might be hard for the non-USC to not know when they will be packing up and leaving.

If CSC keeps doing 25-30 a week we will be getting NOA2s in two weeks I imagine :D

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

Morning Julyers! Another day, hopefully more progress too! We've done some big leaps lately on Igors list, even though it seems as if the estimated timeline dates were knocked back some. Just keep your chins up, because we ARE moving forward and there's not a whole lot that can stop us now that we're rollin' (well except from RFE's  )

Every day is a step closer to the day we get our NOA2s, our Interviews, our POEs and our reunions!

Hey everyone! A new week, September is moving much quicker than last month...at least it feels that way to me. Hopefully we'll see some action today and the rest of the week, anything to keep things moving and give us some positive feedback.

I am kind of expecting my application to take a bit longer because I was married before, to a German (I lived 11 years in Germany and only recently returned to the United States). I hope its not the case, but I'm prepared for it. Maybe the fact that her green card expired 4 years ago and was never renewed will help since she is living in Germany. Who knows with this crazy process.

So here we go, another week and another day closer! :)

Welcome Maria! Here you can suffer along with us

I do hope CSC will continue like this.. I just checked Igors and we did another huge drop! So exciting and I can't wait until we see the first approval for a july filer! We're also supposed to get our NOA2 in october according to the timeline here, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, although you never know. Let's just hope we all get approved in a month or so. Wouldn't that be even more exciting!?

Hi Wade and Kristin! Yeah, I'm glad we have this instance so we can suffer all together in this long process, and release all the anxiety.

My fiance is very optimistic and says "we will be together for christmas" so we will see! I hope the same for the rest of the july filers! :D

I just remembered why I hate Mondays - not only do I hate having to go back to work monday mornings ...but I also hate the fact that there never seems to be any activity on igor's list throughout monday and really it doesn't seem to roll in until monday night or tuesday morning.

ugh.

a bit frustrated today.

and on a side note - tax returns! I looked at the form "affidavit of support" - i wanted to run this by all of you - after reading it, it doesn't seem to require tax returns .... and I prefer not providing mine b/c i haven't completed my 2008 yet and have an extension and I'm hoping to get the noa2 prior to my extension due date...

i would prefer not to submit my tax returns and go with the proof of employment, life insurance and property.

any thoughts??????

also wondering - is this all over yet?! ugh. :crying:

Definately looking good! I still see last weeks approvals trickling in. Its making me think that the email system might not work and that people only know about their NOA2s once they get them in the mail.

The 3rd week of the last two months had 38 and 29 approvals, the 4th week had 55 and 36. If they stick to this pattern we might see out NOA2s by Oct 1st. I really hope so!!! Source of data is here.. http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/stats.aspx

Anyhow, I hope we see the June approvals pour in over the next few days because it will mean we're that much closer. :D

BTW, the USCIS just updated their time frames today and it is still seeming as though they are reporting conservatively. I like that we get to see that people that filed only a month before us are already getting NOA2s :D
