Is anyone else seeing this or is it just me and my computer. USCIS california service center processing times as of July 15 posting, reflect the I-130 for spouse, child under 21 or parent is now processing dates as of November 15 2003. Last month it said 5 months, this month November 15 2003? Anyone have any clues?

you will see the filing date (e.g., “April 10, 2003”) of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated.

so i hope they done with that case the last case they approved was of that date that is why processing time is like that whenever or maybe the next time they update the site they will update it with most recent apporved case so that case comes in last 5 months period they will update it again like 5 months again
