Got my NOAs already. I was wondering can I still receive an RFE after NOAs? Sorry Im just confused because I got mines today but I was wondering what to expect after. Thanks.

Yes you can. You can even receive an RFE if you get transferred to CSC.

Got a notice today stating that our case was transferred to CSC yesterday! Hooray!

- 06/30/2009: Filed for AOS/EAD/AP

- 07/02/2009: AOS packet received

- 07/08/2009: Check cashed

- 07/10/2009: Received all 3 NOA1s

- 07/14/2009: Received biometrics appt.

- 07/29/2009: Case transferred to CSC

- 08/01/2009: Advanced Parole Documents Issued

- 08/06/2009: Biometrics appointment completed

- 08/11/2009: EAD issued (received 8/14)

- 11/12/2009: AOS approved

- 11/20/2009: Green Card in hand!

My I-131 is already approved and it takes only 1 week....sooooo happy!!!

I thought It will take a month before it get approved even U expedite it...but yeah!!Its only 1 week and its already approved!!

April 23rd 2010 received my greencard today

Just to add my two cents. You don't need a bio for AP, it's only needed for your green card and work authorization portions of your case. ;) Check your appt letter, it lists them on the top.

Just to let you know that our AOS+EAD check was cashed yesterday (we filed Jul-24, received July-26) ... now I keep checking the mail box twice a day to see my NOAs ... :blush: Ayyyyyyy!!!

Just hang on! !.!..sometimes the NOAS will takes time to arrived but i know you will received it anytime soon,mind talk 5 days from sending the package but it was delivered home in my mail after 12 days...And besides been waiting so long also with our bio the 2 of us my friend Uma...
