WOW! Congrats everybody!!

Donna, I needed clean undergarments after I got my approval as well. LOL.

My approval was tinged with guilt - I want all of us to get our approvals. It's just not fair how some get approved & others sit & wait. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it!

{hugs} to those still waiting - hang on - it's coming soon!!!

Married 2008

5/21/09 - filed I-130

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

We are still anxiously waiting for ours.....Congrats to every one who got the NOA2....but....i agree that it seems not fair that others somehow just have to sit and wait....is there any logic behind this at all....I saw the Igor list and there're members that watited 5+ months for their NOA2...I just wish that it won't be our case....sigh....

you all should NOT feel bad. just celebrate. i will celebrate with you!!! been through the depression too long. do not want to go back to that. we will all get our approvals soon. this is a 3 day weekend in the USA, so we cannot fret. government offices will be closed on monday. so if we do not get approved today, just keep the faith our approval is coming. not saying i do not shed tears because like everyone else i am tired of having romance over the phone and online. but you must keep :D. good luck to everyone. all those who have gotten their approvals, you can guide us that are left through the NVC process  you can share what shortcuts you took. how long it took to get the interview assigned

even if we get rfe's we know that when we correct, it will get approved  i used to be scared even getting an rfe, but that too can be overturned. good luck everyone, and keep the faith :dancing:

cuz, you will be with your parents very soon

Give Generously, Live Fully, Laugh Often, Love Completely...AND PRAY ALWAYS!!!

He is home!!!

I know what you mean it's really not fair. I got my approval but I know how it feels when people who filed after you get their approvals first. I hope the ones who are waiting get their approval soon. I really do.

How long does it take to get the NOA2 after receiving the approval email?

In a way, there's still an advantage for us, late approvals.. so we can ask guidance to those who already proceeds on the next step.

Im thankful that I found a family here in VJ :D

My heart goes out to you, believe me. :( This process is incredibly emotionally draining, and not knowing when (and sometimes fearing if) your approval is going to come is nerve-wracking. The lack of transparency doesn't help, either.

Like K said, you gotta keep positive. Your time is almost here. :) June is getting its approvals now, so don't fret!
