When you sign the I-130 you sign directly under the statement:

I certify, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the foregoing is true and correct.

Saying that you live at one address when you really don't is a violation of this. That's why you cannot do it.

i know guys iam not cheating why do u act so aggressive without reading what i wanna ask?

i already sent my i130 signing all agreement and iam in csc as my address indicates

but my mind is just asking this question so how do uscis knows that this is your place of residence? will they knock the door and ask?

thanks so much.....we learned good from our parents too

and we learned in geometry that the shortest way is the perpendicular one
