Thanks, Guys!

Perfect timing for me, as my vacations starts tomorrow. Will be coming back on Sunday the week thereafter, and Thursday is my Bio appointment. Will probably try an early Bio on Tuesday or Wednesday.

On another note . . . living in sunny Southern California, going on vacation to the Virgin Islands, and will be meeting Hurricane Bill with rain, rain, rain and more rain!

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . csoul, I just realized you are not even a June filer! We go by the NOA1 date, and you were still in May. I notice you were on the May list too. Anyway, congrats again getting the approval! :thumbs:

Yeah ELW I knew that but May filers post is not as good as this one! :content: May filers post title is not even "May filers xxxxxx". Was created by someone starting his/her own post for his/her case and then the people on May started posting a list and their cases updates.

June filers are more organized and my NOA1 was just missing June for hours. So I didn't see any problem but anyway I just see that you already deleted my name. No problem, but you are wrong, I am not in the list of May, I don't know where you saw that. I just posted an answer but my user is not in the May list. But whatever... I am approved and is what is important to me. Now my main forum is the Citizenship one!

Hi. Finally!!! I got my Bio date today, after 2 months from filling and a Service Request almost a month ago, I am planning on doing an early walk in just to get it out of the way. Thanks everybody for all your help!!

I just have one question, on my NOA1 noticed the reciept date was 6/22. On the case status online CRI89 says that one 6/24 we recieved your application....blah blah blah. Have any one got such discrepancy?

Yes, that is what I was thinking. I had my time-line messed ip. I am at work. Will be home in a couple hours and will double check. :wacko:

Okay, so my time-line is messed up.

My NOA-1 has the date : 05/21/2009

and my online status says:

On June 3, 2009, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.

So now I am lost...where do I belong.....May or June filers. :unsure:
