"proof of meeting" Idea

Heres a suggestion for anyone collecting evidence to prove your meetings took place in the past 2 years. Im going to go to a couple summer events this week, and I will be sure to get pictures of us in front of the banners advertising those events. Most often, they will include the year on them. It probably has been suggested before, but Im just throwing it out there again.

Oh! and for those pesky photos that show the wrong date: eg: 2002 instead of 2004, there's always photoshop!

I used pictures of my graduation ceremony and a certified translation of the my certificate stating the date when the ceremony took place.

Didnt have dates on any of the photos we used, and no dated things IN them either - it wasn't a problem - we had plenty of other evidence (bills, boarding passes, receipts, itenaries etc).

We didn't actually GO anywhere there would have been recognisbale dated things to pose in front of anyways - so your idea, while good if you can do it, wouldn't have worked for us

As long as you have plenty of evidence OVERALL you shouldn't 'need' the dated signs..(maybe we could hold up newspapers, but that has a rather 'hostage' vibe' to it lol)

We took a several trips together where we had to fly. That way we had boarding passes with both our names on them, sitting next to each other, and the dates of the flights. Doesn't get any better than that!

It´s the entire proof together making your story that shows them the relationship exists and pictures together with boarding passes, etc that shows you met within the past 2 years.

I used a photo of us together on Halloween, 2004. The date isn't written anywhere, BUT I am wearing an enormous witch's hat

I would think you need evidence of an ongoing relationships - so proof of meeting has already been sent and they have that on file, your embassy should have all the stuff. You need more pics if ya have any after you filed the petition to the date of interview, if not photos then emails, phone bills etc. This kinda sucks for me as we talk on voice chat there is no written record at all, my phone bill was very high so i have been paying it off and the service has been cut so I have no records of any phone bills:( and he isnt much of a writer hates emails and letters although I finally got him to write me one email lol and I have an email from his mum. I am gonna try and get them to write more emails if I can but other than that I have no other proof of continuing relationship:( any suggestions other than getting him to write more emails lol?

Thanks, i'll bring some more proofs with me as my fiancee came to visit in march, i have pictures and train tickets (and hopefully she'll send me the boardin tickets).

In your case why don't you ask him to send you couple of letters through mail??

My fiance and I have been seeing each other long-distance for 6 years. I didn't try to hard / overkill the photos and proof thing. I hope we don't end up with an RFE over it.

I showed my passport stamps (12 entries into US from Australia), printout of my airline frequent flyer statements showing flight history and a few photos with me and fiance and my daughter and fiance.

I hope that suffices.
