had our interview on the 1st of June, i cant say it goes easy but at least in the end, we got approved! The pre-screener on window 15 is really nice, she asked for all our records,(chat logs, emails, cards, pics, remittances) so make sure u have it all ready. She asked my kids more than she asked me  Some questions i cud remember: When and how i met my hubby, what's his work, his address, how many times he visits, what are the dates, the last time i saw him, how old is he, our age gap, and when did we get married. For my kids, she asked their names, how old, their birthday, what they want to be in the future, what they gonna bring to petitioner when they get to US, what they receive from him, if the younger one quarrel with the elder sibling, or the other way around (my kids answered they dnt quarrel coz they love each other. the pre-screener had a good laugh and said i have very good kids hehe). During our consul interview (window 27), kids were only asked of their names and birthday, I was asked same questions earlier, and my hubby's interest and hobbies. He asked me a lot how come i had my elder child birth late registered. He didnt look convince with the bc and baptismal so he keep on asking me about it. Wanna make sure if its really my child. He kept on calling someone on fone, dunno why, and have frowning face all the time looking at our papers (dunno why again). He said if its really my child, how many hours i had labor, what's his weight, time i give birth, how old i was when i gave birth ( EVERYONE OUT THERE WHO HAVE KIDS THAT ARE LATE REGISTERD, make sure u do remember all the info on bc coz they'll gonna ask u for that (if we have the same consul i guess). its ur own child i know but sometimes cnt help to forget some info like weight and time of birth since it was years ago already. He even asked me if i didnt use other name, (maybe my name sounds like the same with someone else or whatever). After a lot of interrogations about my eldest, he told me in the end our petition is approve. WHEW! Received txt from air21 the following day, saying they got our visa docs and on its way to its final destination. THANK GOD!

tips to all mom: make sure u remember all ur kids info on bc, esp if its late reg. And dnt forget to bring baptismal cert and ur child's pics with u when they were still infant or some baptismal pics. i was asked for that as well.

Thanks to all VJ members who helped me a lot with this journey. Without ur help and infos, i know i wnt make it right. For all those who answered all my queries, thank you guys a lot. i owe u much thanks. For those who will have their interview soon, just be prepared and be confident u can pass. And of course, dnt forget our best weapon: LOTS OF PRAYERS!

I'm the hope that lives within him after storm clouded days.

The freedom from war that gives wings to his heart,

May they reach across the miles and bind our hearts together

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.
