I guess prayers are answered.......our 129F was approved on 2 June 09!

Question....why does the STUPID USCIS website still list us as "we received your petition......" with no updates and approval notice? Why even have it? Yes I registered and "turned on" the Email update notification.

Oh well we approved and that is all that matters.

Congrats to you too! As for the USCIS...blah....they aren't even entering new app's in the system anymore. Mine and a bunch others from the same time don't even show online. Yet some do....hmmmm. Someone called and they gave some story about updating the system and we probably will never see anything online.

I sure hope to see all you guys approved today.... Your checking the mailbox right? ok, dumb question....... your not harrassing the mailman are you? Don't expect the online status to change. It still says pending for me and I got the NVC letter ....

Hoping when I get home from work to celebrate with someone and there NOA2............Come on VERMONT!

Hey all,

I went to an infopass appointment today (second time- why not it's across the street from my office) and the lady told me that they are way behind and to expect another month.

She claims they had put a system in place that was suppose to speed things up but unfortunately it has had the opposite affect :blink:

She also mentioned there is an office that has nothing to do so the plan is for Vermont to transfer a bunch of the workload to that particular office.

They lady also mentioned that we now have an "A" number which meant we are in process...anyone ever heard of this?

Also,

I called in late yesterday afternoon and managed to get them to put in a service request but I really don't expect much from this....
