How many reason that i cannot get fiancee visa?

Hi

I'm waiting for noa2 for 56 days and i'd like to know how many reason that i cannot get the visa

I know that USCIS will investigate about US citizen but i do not know what they need to investigate.

anybody know?

First - 56 days is roughly only half way through the waiting process - average time between NOA1 and NOA2 is 120 days.

Take a deep breath and assume the best.

This is a waiting game and 56 days is not outside of the norm, but if you're curious about the process you can read the guides and the USCIS website to pass time while you wait.

To address your actual question, if you are a US Citizen, free to marry and not a child molester, your petition is almost certain to be approved eventually. However, you will never get or need a visa. Your fiancee applies for the visa AFTER your petition is approved.
