Hi everyone, I submitted a petition for my wife I 130 in September 08, but i still have not gotten the the second notice yet. I called USCIS several times. The last time i called i was told that my case is out of the processing time. Since it was USCIS fault for delaying my case, I requested an expedite process. The next day,i received an email saying that my request for an expedite process is approved. It was on the 25th of March 09. since that date i have not heard anything from them. I decided to call again last week and i was told that my case is still pending. Iam sick and tired of this painful and bureaucratic process of the USCIS. Pls help what should I do!!!

thx

OMG, that's terrible. And so many applications are laying down in piles untouched for so long time... In the matter of fact I even don't feel right to complain other ppl got already their bills generated when we are still waiting for ours, while other ppl like you are waiting still on NOA2 :( Well, fair or not, it's a fact that ppl who filed in Feb 2009 have their cases approved. I'll pray for you to have your problem resolved sooner.

Best of wishes and good luck!

Thx everyone for your help. I got in touch with my local congressman in my district. He made a call in front of me and he was told that I should be receiving an approval within 60 days. :crying: I also sent a letter to my senator. I hope things will shake up with that.

Thx again to everyone!!!!
