Question No. 23 asks to list all educational institutions attended. My question is that do i have to write Middle school and high school in this question. i am thinking that it just asking for colleges i have attended. i just want to make sure. please advice. thanks,

My understanding is High schools and higher level.

add them if you know them but don't worry if you don't and just put high school and above

It says list below ALL educational institutions attended, so my understanding is all - elementary, and middle, and high school, college, etc... They all are educational institutions, right? :yes:

My understanding is High schools and higher level.

High school and higher is satisfactory. That is what I did and had no issues at all. Good luck :thumbs:
