Hey May filers....keep the faith! I got a I-130 approval on July 30th and apparently a I-129 May filer has been approved as well! I'm praying we all get the approvals soon so that the USCIS can send the approved cases to the NVC, apparently there aren't enough approvals to send them there right now....argh!!!! So that means that the CSC needs to get to work!!!! Best wishes everyone.

Does that mean that CSC sends off applications to NVC in batches, and not when they're actually approved? That's terrible!!! :o I had no idea :(

The way I read that is the NVC is sitting there waiting for petitions to come in because they are working faster than the USCIS?

Take heart, May filers - it really looks like they're working on mid-April, maybe even heading into late-April petitions.

Ahh, yes, I see that now. I was looking at unapproved petitions, but 5 in May are already approved, with some from end of April too. That's very encouraging, isn't it?

I don't know if I have had a touch we filed the same day, does it just show up when checking your case status on the USCIS website. Mine as of now just has the first NOA1. Does that change as you get a touch?

Hey May Filers!

I hope you're all fairing well. :)

But yeah, it's odd how we get touches after approval. However, I don't think it always means that it's been sent off to NVC. In my experience, we got approved July 14, then touched on the 15th but NVC didn't get our package for 4 weeks. So, USCIS works...with no order..

Hey everyone just checking in, not much going on I did get a touch on May 13. It seems like USCIS is moving a little slower to me. I also noticed not a lot of May filers, so maybe this will help everyone still waiting from Feb., March and April get approved. No method to the madness im sure. Wishing everyone a good rest of the day.

I'm in the same situation. I got touch on May 13 but nothing happen afterward.

It's good that you were at least "touched". We never received one since May 8th (receipt of NOA1) and today is what..? August 14th..? I really hope USCIS people realize how hard it is to rely our lives n immigration hands.

Hey Ever good to see you as well, sweet that you are getting a visit, I bet you are too happy. This touch thing gosh makes me feel sooo left out. Now I find myself double checking what I have sent and there is one possible thing that could get me a RFE man I hope that doesnt happen. I also don't want to send anything yet and get put at the bottom of the pile so I will wait and see what happens if it comes then send them what they need.
