many people... my wife included... carry a copy of your marriage certificate or other document that changed your name

buy your tickets in your passport name

YMMV

The reason I am worried is because last time before I got on the plane in germany or even gave them my luggage I had to show them visa in my passport(back then it was K1) and lots of times they will not accept foreign document as valid and my marriage certificate is US certificate??

Change the passport as soon as you get to Bosnia or try to change it in Consulate (more $$ than in BH though). One problem you may have is that Bosnian authorities do not allow anyone on the plane (from Bosnia) if the ticket name does not match passport name -- happened to one person that she got married, did not change the passport, ticket in the maiden name, they would not let her on the plane - money wasted on the ticket.

Also, register your marriage with the BH consulate and see what else they can do for you - rules wise.

I don't understand. Your Green Card is valid only for entry in the US - Whether your passports has a different name on it is different does not change anything regarding your entrance in Europe...just book your ticket with your maiden name and you are good to go!
