We just finished putting all papers together today.. The evidence I had was multiple pictures of us signed dated and location with both our signatures on the back of each photo.. I have my orders showing that the military sent to south korea.. and a couple of birthday cards that we photo copied.. should I put more evidence in before I send it out?

for the I-129F e-mails, birthday cards and phone records do NOT show evidence of meeting

Pictures by them selves are secondary information which is to support primary evidence which would be passport stamps, boarding passes, etc...

concentrate on the objective to show you have met within 2 years and have a on going relationship, the pictures, did you meet the family, (phone records, letters, online stuff ? these all show ongoing part. Any travel papers....hotel receipts....

You can go to your personnel office on base and get more evidence you are stationed in Korea, during this time period. (Your in the Army?)

What I understand from what you have written, is that you are still there right now. As said before, this should be compelling proof as to your meeting. I suggest reading the guides on here to make sure you have all that you need for the packet. There may be others options available to you as a member of the military stationed overseas. There are some to expedite the processing for married couples when the USC is about to be deployed elsewhere. I am not sure in regards to a fiance. Others may know more about this than I do.

Yes im in the army.. I guess we have some recent emails that she sent me while I was away training for a month.. But does it matter that they are so recent? And we have alot of conversations on instant messenger but she says they are not very old.. She can cover up any private info when she prints out the conversations right?

You need to show evidence of a FACE TO FACE meeting... none of the above does that

What would u consider a face to face meeting? I mean shes sitting right next to me now and I seen her everyday for the past year.. Im trying to think of what to send.. All we have is tons of pictures together.. and a couple emails.. and phone records I guess.. but the phone records are irrelevent cause they dont show my name.. I could just highlight my number on her phone bill.. but whos to say that it isnt someone elses number in their eyes.. I have My orders pictures.. emails and instant messenger conversations.. And she went to the states to see my parents and visit universitys but I dont think that they want to see pictures of them together cause in their eyes how do they know its my parents lol? Any advice? I mean im still here in korea I guess I could print out my military records showing that im still here and when I leave.

Take her to dinner and keep the receipt. Does she have a bank account or something in her name with the address on it? This will show that you were in the same location as each other.

Can your base commander or whomever give you a signed and dated statement to say that you are there; to back up your orders?

The pictures will tell a lot also, especially if taken at the base, etc.

Yeah but the dinner.. I can just go to any resturant and say yeah that meal was for me and that was for her but whos to believe that? inless we take a picture of us to holding the reciept lol

Stop thinking about this kind of evidence and concentrate on evidence that proves the two of you were in the same place at the same time... How about a photo in front of a familiar landmark holding the daily newspaper... a heckuva a lot better than the three items above which proves nothing

The familar landmark idea is a great one.. But if I could only get a newspaper that has a date big enough for them to see and us and the landmark at the same time lol

when I was going through photo ideas... I found a banner for a festival that had a current date on it....

Also, ATM receipts from a bank in country and then back it up with photos works as well

get creative... in a kidnapping situation, "proof of life" photos are taken with a current newspaper... so take out the landmark and take a closeup photo of the two of you and a paper
